Facility
Our office is located on the second floor of the
Robinson Law Building just south of I-25 on the west side of Colorado in suite 250.
Parking is in the rear of the building, some covered spaces are available.
Our office serves both people and their pets, primarily canines. If you have allergies to dogs, please take the necessary precautions when visiting our office.

Financial
Because of the continuous changes within health care insurance, we currently do not bill insurance for our services. All patients will be responsible for payment out of pocket for their treatments. We will be more than happy to help you submit insurance forms if you require assistance, but we cannot guarantee our availability to do so. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
